Who are we looking for?
Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) partners with the development team within Oracle Analytics to improve uptime of the services offered (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence primarily).
The ideal candidate is looking to work in an agile environment on problems that are focused on improving uptime by reducing time to mitigation when issues are surfaced/reported by automated means or through customer incidents; contributing to code for automation of monitoring, patching, and remediation of service anomalies; and, working on projects that enable the business of Oracle Analytics to grow profits or shrink costs as they are identified and funded as priorities for our group to drive or participate in the proposed solutions.
This specific role will have an initial focus on maintaining, operating, and enhancing a Fusion CX Service. This will include, but not be limited to: initial setup, promotion of code/solutions from test to prod, monitoring, expansion of capacity, troubleshooting data flows/forms/searches/application functionality, reporting on usage of applications, support of applications for internal audiences, troubleshooting integration with multiple backends.

Qualifications
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
